# Reports

> Review order volume and pharmacy performance metrics.

The **Reports** page helps you understand prescription volume and trends across your pharmacy.

## Available reports

Reports typically include:

* **Order volume** over selectable date ranges
* **Prescriber activity** — which providers send the most scripts
* **Status breakdown** — distribution across Received, Compounding, Ready, and Shipped
* **Fulfillment metrics** — turnaround performance against your configured standards

Use reports to identify growth opportunities, spot inactive prescribers who may need re-engagement, and track operational throughput.

## Exporting data

Where export is available, use the export action on a report to download data for further analysis in your pharmacy management tools.

  The **Dashboard** provides a real-time snapshot. **Reports** is better for historical analysis and longer date ranges.
