# Introduction

> OttoRx ScriptPad helps compounding pharmacies receive clean, structured prescriptions from providers through a white-labeled portal.

OttoRx ScriptPad is a white-label platform for compounding and specialty pharmacies. Your pharmacy gets a branded prescriber portal on your own subdomain, while your staff use a full admin console to manage orders, patients, prescribers, and your formulary.

Providers send structured prescriptions in about 30 seconds. Your team receives orders in a single queue with patient context, delivery tracking, and messaging built in.

## Who uses ScriptPad

ScriptPad serves two audiences from one application:

Owners, pharmacists, and technicians use the **admin experience** to process orders, manage the catalog, invite prescribers, and configure pharmacy settings.

## What you can do

* **Receive structured Rx data** instead of faxes and phone callbacks
* **White-label the prescriber portal** with your logo, colors, and `{your-pharmacy}.ottorx.co` subdomain
* **Manage your formulary** so prescribers only see compounds you offer
* **Track orders** from submission through compounding, ready, and shipped
* **Message prescribers** and share pharmacist notes tied to patients and orders
* **Deliver Rx PDFs automatically** via fax and SFTP when configured

Some users have access to both the admin and portal experiences — for example, a pharmacy owner who is also a prescriber. Use the experience switcher in the header to move between them.
