# My orders

> Track prescription status and view order details in the prescriber portal.

**My Orders** lists every prescription you have submitted to this pharmacy.

## Order list

Each row shows the reference number, patient, submission date, urgency, and current status. Click an order to open its detail page.

## Order statuses

| Status          | What it means                                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Received**    | Your pharmacy has the order and is beginning review           |
| **Compounding** | Your order is being prepared                                  |
| **Ready**       | Your order is complete — ready for patient pickup or shipment |
| **Shipped**     | Your order has been shipped or delivered                      |

Statuses update as your pharmacy progresses the order. You do not need to call or fax for status when orders are managed in ScriptPad.

## Order detail

The detail page includes:

* Reference number and estimated ready date
* Line items with strengths, quantities, and directions
* Patient information
* Delivery status chips for fax and SFTP (when your pharmacy uses automatic delivery)
* Activity history

## Starting a follow-up order

From an existing order, you can use frequent compounds or return to **New Prescription** to submit a refill or related script for the same patient.
