The pharmacy admin console is your operations hub. Use the sidebar to move between areas. What you see depends on your role — technicians have a narrower set of navigation items than pharmacists and owners. On a screen narrower than 768px, the menu starts collapsed so the page is visible. Click Expand menu to open it, and Collapse menu to close it. That choice stays on the narrow screen. A wider screen still opens the menu the way you last left it there. If you have not collapsed the menu on a wider screen, it stays expanded.
Pharmacists see all items above except Team and Settings are limited to owners. Technicians see Dashboard, Orders, Messages, and Patients only.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a snapshot of pharmacy activity:
  • Total orders and pending orders with week-over-week trends
  • Active prescribers sending scripts through your portal
  • Average fulfillment time across recent orders
  • Order pipeline showing counts by status (Received, Compounding, Ready, Shipped)
  • Order volume chart for the last 14 days
  • Recent orders and activity feed for quick follow-up
Click any order row to open its detail page.

Pharmacy switcher

If you belong to more than one pharmacy, use the pharmacy switcher at the top of the sidebar to change context. All data — orders, patients, formulary — scopes to the active pharmacy.
