The pharmacy admin console is your operations hub. Use the sidebar to move between areas. What you see depends on your role — technicians have a narrower set of navigation items than pharmacists and owners.
Pharmacists see all items above except Team and Settings are limited to owners. Technicians see Dashboard, Orders, Messages, and Patients only.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a snapshot of pharmacy activity:
  • Total orders and pending orders with week-over-week trends
  • Active prescribers sending scripts through your portal
  • Average fulfillment time across recent orders
  • Order pipeline showing counts by status (Received, Compounding, Ready, Shipped)
  • Order volume chart for the last 14 days
  • Recent orders and activity feed for quick follow-up

Pharmacy switcher

If you belong to more than one pharmacy, use the pharmacy switcher at the top of the sidebar to change context. All data — orders, patients, formulary — scopes to the active pharmacy. The header search bar lets you quickly find orders, patients, and prescribers across your active pharmacy.
