Available reports

Reports typically include:
  • Order volume over selectable date ranges
  • Prescriber activity — which providers send the most scripts
  • Status breakdown — distribution across Received, Compounding, Ready, and Shipped
  • Fulfillment metrics — turnaround performance against your configured standards
Use reports to identify growth opportunities, spot inactive prescribers who may need re-engagement, and track operational throughput.

Exporting data

Where export is available, use the export action on a report to download data for further analysis in your pharmacy management tools.
The Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot. Reports is better for historical analysis and longer date ranges.
