My Orders lists every prescription you have submitted to this pharmacy.

Each row shows the reference number, patient, submission date, and current status. Click an order to open its detail page.

Order statuses

Statuses update as your pharmacy progresses the order. You do not need to call or fax for status when orders are managed in OttoRx.

Order detail

The detail page includes:
  • Reference number and estimated ready date
  • Line items with strength, quantity and unit, days supply, refills, and directions. When you replaced the pharmacy default, the line shows Custom prescriber instructions
  • Patient information
  • Activity history

Starting a follow-up order

From an existing order, you can use Last prescribed shortcuts on New Prescription or return to the formulary to submit a refill or related script for the same patient. When your pharmacy requests a renewal, open Renewals (or the Script renewals tile on Home). Click Review & renew to open Review renewal with the order prefilled from the original prescription.
