Each row shows the reference number, patient, submission date, urgency, and current status. Click an order to open its detail page.

Order statuses

StatusWhat it means
ReceivedYour pharmacy has the order and is beginning review
CompoundingYour order is being prepared
ReadyYour order is complete — ready for patient pickup or shipment
ShippedYour order has been shipped or delivered
Statuses update as your pharmacy progresses the order. You do not need to call or fax for status when orders are managed in ScriptPad.

Order detail

The detail page includes:
  • Reference number and estimated ready date
  • Line items with strengths, quantities, and directions
  • Patient information
  • Delivery status chips for fax and SFTP (when your pharmacy uses automatic delivery)
  • Activity history

Starting a follow-up order

From an existing order, you can use frequent compounds or return to New Prescription to submit a refill or related script for the same patient.
