Settings (at /pharmacy-config) is where owners configure how your pharmacy appears and operates in ScriptPad.

Pharmacy Info

Enter your pharmacy’s legal name, address, phone, and support contact details. This information appears on generated Rx PDFs and in the prescriber portal.

Branding

White-label the prescriber portal with your pharmacy’s identity:
  • Logo — upload your pharmacy logo for the portal header and sign-in page
  • Colors — set primary, accent, and background colors (ScriptPad can suggest colors extracted from your logo)
  • Portal URL — your branded sign-in link (https://{slug}.ottorx.co/sign-in)
Share the portal URL with prescribers and include it in onboarding materials.

Fulfilment Details

Configure how orders move through your workflow:
  • Standard turnaround — business days added to calculate estimated ready dates for standard orders
  • Rush turnaround — faster timeline for rush urgency
  • Holiday closures — dates excluded from business-day calculations (US federal holidays are seeded by default)
  • Fax settings — outgoing fax number, pharmacy receiving fax line, and Telnyx connection
  • SFTP delivery — enable file delivery to your pharmacy management system, configure host, credentials path, and filename template
Use the Test SFTP button to verify connectivity before going live.
Fax and SFTP delivery run automatically on every portal submission when configured. There is no per-order opt-in — the portal record is always saved regardless of delivery outcome.

PMS Connections

Connect ScriptPad to your pharmacy management system where integrations are available. The PMS Connections tab shows connection status and configuration fields for supported vendors.

Billing

Manage your OttoRx ScriptPad subscription and payment method. Owners can view plan details and update billing information.
