Portal overview - OttoRx

The prescriber portal is your pharmacy’s branded interface for submitting compounded prescriptions. It uses your pharmacy’s logo and colors on your dedicated subdomain.

Home dashboard

Your home page shows:

Orders this month and pending action counts
Active patients under your care at this pharmacy
Unread pharmacist notes requiring your attention
Frequent compounds — shortcuts to compounds you order often
Recent orders with current status
Recent activity across your submissions

Click New Prescription or a frequent compound to start a new order quickly.

Your pharmacy’s branding

The portal displays your pharmacy’s name and logo. Support contact information configured by the pharmacy may appear on sign-in and help surfaces.

If you also have pharmacy admin access (for example, as an owner), use the experience switcher in the header to move between the prescriber portal and the admin console.
