The Prescribers page lists every provider who can submit prescriptions to your pharmacy through ScriptPad.

Prescriber list

Each row shows the prescriber’s name, credentials (NPI, DEA where applicable), practice or clinic, invitation status, and recent order activity. Click a prescriber to open their detail page.

Invite a prescriber

Open the invite dialog

Click Invite prescriber on the Prescribers page.

Enter provider details

Provide the prescriber’s name, email, NPI, and practice information. ScriptPad creates their portal account and links them to your pharmacy.

Share the portal URL

The prescriber receives an invitation to set their password. Direct them to your branded sign-in URL (https://{slug}.ottorx.co/sign-in) to access the portal after setup.

Prescriber detail

On a prescriber’s profile you can:
  • View and edit contact and credential information
  • See their order history and patient list
  • Resend invitations for accounts that have not completed setup
  • Deactivate access when a provider should no longer submit to your pharmacy

Invitation status

Prescribers move through invitation states as they complete onboarding:
  • Invited — invitation sent, account not yet activated
  • Active — prescriber has signed in and can submit prescriptions
Share your branded portal URL and a quick walkthrough of New Prescription when onboarding providers. Most prescribers complete their first script in under a minute once they are signed in.
