The page is titled Unread notes from . Each row shows the patient, when the latest note arrived, and how many notes are new. Unread notes also show a count on Pharmacist Notes in the sidebar and on the Pharmacist notes tile on Home.Click a patient to open New Prescription with that patient selected.
Notes are scoped to your clinic. Prescribers at the same clinic see which shared patients have unread notes.
If you need to talk with your pharmacy about a patient, use Messages.
