The Team page is where pharmacy owners manage who can access the admin console and what they can do.

Team roles

OwnerFull access including Settings, Team, billing, and all operational areas

Invite a team member

Click Invite

Open Team and click Invite team member.

Enter email and role

Provide the staff member’s email and select their role. ScriptPad sends an invitation to create their account.

Approve pending members

If your pharmacy requires approval, pending invitations appear in a separate tab. Approve or deny each request.

Manage existing members

From the active members table you can:
  • Change role — promote or adjust access (for example, Technician to Pharmacist)
  • Remove member — revoke admin access immediately
Only owners can access Team and Settings. If you need owner access transferred, contact OttoRx support.

Pending invitations

Track invitations that have not been accepted. Copy the invite link to resend manually, or remove stale invitations.
