1

Open your pharmacy sign-in URL — typically https://{your-pharmacy-slug}.ottorx.co/sign-in — and sign in with the credentials from your invitation.See Sign in and access for password reset and subdomain details.
2

Complete pharmacy settings

Go to Settings in the sidebar and review each tab:
  • Pharmacy Info — name, address, and contact details
  • Branding — upload your logo and set portal colors
  • Fulfilment Details — turnaround times and holiday closures
  • PMS Connections — optional integrations
  • Billing — subscription and payment details
Your branded portal sign-in URL is shown on the Branding tab.
3

Build your formulary

Open Formulary and add the compounds prescribers can order. Organize items into libraries if you have multiple product lines.Prescribers only see items you publish to your catalog.
4

Invite your first prescriber

Go to Prescribers and invite a provider by email. They receive a link to create their account and access your branded portal.
5

Process your first order

When a prescriber submits a prescription, it appears in Orders with status Received. Open the order to review line items, patient details, and automatic fax or SFTP delivery status.

Prescriber: submit your first prescription

1

Accept your invitation

Sign in at your pharmacy’s portal URL (for example, https://marcroms.ottorx.co/sign-in). Complete account setup from the invitation link your pharmacy sent.
2

Open the prescription builder

Click New Prescription in the top navigation. The builder opens a three-pane workspace: compound categories on the left, your catalog in the center, and patient context plus your Rx cart on the right.
3

Select compounds and configure

Search or browse your pharmacy’s formulary. Expand a compound to set strength, quantity, directions, and other options. Add items to your cart.
4

Choose a patient

Select an existing patient or add a new one in the patient context panel. Review allergies — ScriptPad flags potential conflicts with formulary ingredients.
5

Choose standard or rush urgency, then click Send Rx. You receive a confirmation with the order reference number and estimated ready date.
