Sign-in URL

Each pharmacy has a dedicated subdomain: 
https://{your-pharmacy-slug}.ottorx.co/sign-in
Your pharmacy owner or administrator shares this URL with staff and prescribers. You can also find it on the Branding tab under Settings. The platform host https://scriptpad.ottorx.co is used for platform administration. Most pharmacy staff and prescribers sign in through their pharmacy-specific subdomain.

Sign in

  1. Open your pharmacy sign-in URL.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.
If your account has access to both the pharmacy admin and prescriber portal, an experience switcher appears after sign-in. Use it to toggle between Admin and Portal.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and submit the form.
  3. Check your email for a reset link (valid for 24 hours).
  4. Open the link, enter a new password, and sign in.
If you do not receive a reset email, confirm you are using the correct pharmacy subdomain and that your account exists. Contact your pharmacy administrator for prescriber accounts.

Session timeout

For security, ScriptPad signs you out after a period of inactivity. Your pharmacy configures the timeout duration in Settings. When your session expires, you are redirected to the sign-in page.
