Sign-in URL

Each pharmacy has a dedicated subdomain:
Your pharmacy owner or administrator shares this URL with staff and prescribers. You can also find it on the Branding tab under Settings. Platform sign-in is also available at https://scriptpad.ottorx.co/sign-in.

Accept an invitation

When a pharmacy invites you, the email includes a setup link that opens a branded welcome page for that pharmacy.

Open your invite link

Use the link in the invitation email. The page shows your pharmacy’s branding and who invited you.

Create a password

Enter a password and confirm it. OttoRx shows a Password strength meter. Your password must be at least 10 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.

Continue into OttoRx

Click Create password & continue. You may be asked to verify credentials (NPI/DEA) and accept legal agreements before using the portal.
If the setup link is invalid or expired, ask your pharmacy to resend the invite from Prescribers → Manage → Resend invite.

Sign in

  1. Open your pharmacy sign-in URL.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.
If your account has access to both the pharmacy admin and prescriber portal, an experience switcher appears after sign-in. Use it to toggle between Admin and Portal. If you prescribe at more than one pharmacy, use the Prescribing at control in the sidebar after sign-in to switch pharmacies. Orders, patients, and formulary scope to the pharmacy you select.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and submit the form.
  3. Check your email for a reset link (valid for 24 hours).
  4. Open the link, enter a new password that meets the same strength rules, and sign in.
If you do not receive a reset email, confirm you are using the correct pharmacy subdomain and that your account exists. Contact your pharmacy administrator for prescriber accounts.

Session timeout

For security, OttoRx signs you out after a period of inactivity. Your pharmacy configures the timeout duration in Settings. When your session expires, you are redirected to the sign-in page.

Account types

Owners invite staff from Team. Prescribers are invited from Prescribers.
